The lock set is from the \'Ceylon\' design collection as shown in the 1905 Corbin trade catalog. The latch, bolt, face plate, knobs, and back plates are made of brass, the lock body is cast iron. The mortise lock is in excellent functional condition - it has been refurbished - all parts disassembled, cleaned and properly reassembled. The lock is reversible - it will work with a right hand or left hand swing door. Dimensions are as follows: Face plate: 6-7/8 x 1\", Distance between the face and center-of-hub (set back): 2-5/8\", Distance between center-of-hub to center-of-key post: 3\".
