How does it work?
When particles such as dust, pet dander andhousehold chemicals pass through the filter, they become polarized. Thesepolarized particles join together to form bigger clusters that are more easilycaptured and collect on the fiberglass pad with an activated carbon centerscreen.The activatedcarbon center media pad is a non-woven polyester base fabric. The carbon mediais UL certified for flame retardancy, class 2. The fiberglass media becomespolarized by the charge from the power supply and acts like a powerful magnetto attract sub-micron particles.
