Understanding freight shipments and additional charges:
- If unit is listed as Free freight, that covers the cost from our dock to your dock(business to business). If you do not have a dock or forklift, you\'ll be responsible of unloading your items from semi trucks. You could pay $75 to add liftgate to your shipment(It\'s required for items that are heavier than 200 lbs). Then your item would come on a liftgated truck to lower the item down for easy unloading to curbside.
- Home deliveries require liftgate + residential delivery charges($150)/ To avoid this fee, you could go an pickup from your local service center. 90% of the time service center will be within 20 miles of your location.
- We do not offer assembly and inside deliveries. If you ask the delivery person to perform those services, you\'ll be responsible for additional charges that will be invoiced after delivery person leaves.
