This unit has never been used, we assembled the monitor to the unit and plugged it in to ensure condition. I believe the printer is meant to be hooked up via a cable or another method as the printer unit area appears to be a blank. We are not familiar with these as we normally don’t get this new of a model. We took as many photos as we could but are happy to take more if you are looking for something particular, please not the minor blemish on the screen but it does not affect functionality, but we like to point out and show anything we notice for full transparency and a excellent customer buying experience.
*** Please note, if you do not pick up and we have to ship, from experience in shipping these delicate units, the success rate of a safe delivery via normal shipping is not great and to prevent these issues we have switched to shipping all high value delicate units such as this freight where we can package and fully crate the unit to ensure it’s safe delivery***
We can still ship to a residence if you don’t have a commercial building, but it will be via a smaller freight truck, lift gate and appointment service.

Payments
We accept the standard payment through and what they offer the buyer currently, for non-freight items payment must be made within 48 hours of winning an item, for freight items payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. After 48 hours you forfeit the item, and the order will be canceled.
Return Policy
We sell everything regardless of if its New, Used, Refurbished or for parts all the same, ‘’as is’’ with no implied warranty or guarantee. All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. In the event requires us to take back an item, there is a 50% restocking fee, and the buyer is required to pay for return shipping.

Please reach out for freight quotes, provide us a zip code, commercial/residential location type, and if a liftgate is required for delivery. We can also arrange shipping to local terminals near you. Local pick up is always allowed.
***Very important, with any delivery especially freight you must inspect the item(s) for any exterior damages, broken banding ripped wrapping anything that can indicate damage in transit. This damage must be written on the drivers BOL indicating damage. If you fail to notate any damage and the carrier leaves you forfeit any claim, we can submit to the carrier and release us of any liability or claims as the shipper/seller. Please take pictures of any damage and keep all packaging materials. Please notify us immediately***
Shipping
We ship Tuesday through Friday (except U.S. holidays and no weekends). We primarily ship USPS, UPS and use various freight companies to offer the best freight shipping we can to our buyers. All items are shipped with insurance calculated in the cost. After payment clears, Please allow 1-2 business days for standard packages to be shipped and 3-4 business days for freight items to be shipped. Local pick up is ok, or buyer arranged shipping, message to arrange.
