Here we have a rareHOMACO one-piece steel rod stamped #5in great used condition as seen in the pictures.
Manufactured in Bristol, Connecticut probably ca.1920\'s-1930\'s (ca. 100 years old!!). At this time the U.S.A.
produced high-quality steels, and was well-understood as the first choice material for many rod makers.
Made of solid special flat steel with two soldered chromed rings in very good shape as seen in the pictures.
Cigar cork gripped, one-piece rod of total length ca. 3.8 feet (44 in.), with stainless steel seat and butt cup.
Given its age and use, the rod is nice and clean, in overall good condition. Show moderate marks of use or age
as seen in the pictures. No markings or personalized engravings.
I have provided 14 close-up pictures trying to show as many details as possible: oxidation, wear, dirt, cracks,
scratches, rubs, nicks, or any other blemishes. Condition as shown in the pictures. Please take your time
