Delivery & ShippingShipping charges are calculated based on the service selected, weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Bulky and heavy items are shipped using a Freight carrier and some items may qualify for free freight shipping. An additional charge of $100 may apply to large items that are crated and prepared for shipment by us. Also, there may be additional shipping charges for residential type, lift gate and inside delivery.Returns & Damaged ItemsIf you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact us to initiate a return. To receive a full refund, returned items must be in the original condition and original packaging. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us promptly for an immediate help in resolving the issue. Please note that the shipping carrier that delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for losses and damages. Acceptance of the shipment by the transportation company is acknowledgement that the articles delivered (or picked up) by them were in good condition and properly packed.
