Products are insured and shipped same day if purchased before 2pm on Monday - Saturday. We use whichever shipping is the best option that is the best cost, time of arrival, and offers full cost replacement if lost or damaged.
We had at times in the past had issues with products that would become lost in the mail. If you have not received your order, by the time that the shipment company has promised. We will open an investigation. This is a process that has to be completed within the shipment company before we will be able to offer a refund. If product does get located within that investigation. We will not offer a refund for delayed delivery services. This is never something that we could ever want to happen to our customers, but unfortunately within this day in age and the amount of online ordering it does sometimes make an experience unpleasant for all parties involved.
