This Certified Organic Coffee are grown in the state of Chiapas,mainly in the Soconusco region.Allthe coffee is grown at an altitude between 900 and 1,100 metersabove sealevel and we make sure that our clients are delivered a trueHigh Grown EP Coffee Beans with the respective cup profile. The fact thatthis coffee is grownunder the strict rules of organic food productionis certainly a valueadding factor, but in the end we understand thatthe final consumer doesnot only want his contribution to protect theenvironment, but also wantsto enjoy a great cup of coffee. This coffeeis a perfect combination ofboth. The normal harvest season starts in December and ends in April.Aftera careful quality test, all the coffee is milled in a certified drymill inTapachula, Chiapas. These Coffee Beans are allowed less than 15imperfectionsper 300 grams. These Coffee Beans are exported January throughSeptember.
