I put a new battery in the clock and it ticks and the arms move. The swing arm in the back gently rests on the lower part. I’m not sure if this is how it is designed or if it is missing something that secures the arm in place. It works fine it is just delicate setting the arm in place. I am not sure about the accuracy of the movement but it is working. Thank you!
