I did was go through and start turning knobs one by one and looking for an effect on the display. Each knob appears to have an effect accept the sync knob.
I have a suspicion that the unit mostly works to some
Degree but I have no way to test and verify.
The inside looks pretty clean when looking in through the holes in the side.
