There’s nothing more important than a reliable transmission. But your RZR XP 1000’s stock tranny has too many weak spots. If it’s not the reverse chain breaking, it’s the case cracking—you just can’t push it the way you want to. That’s why we made a Turbo-style geared reverse transmission for your Polaris RZR XP 1000. This isn’t some hack job, either. It’s a complete transmission with geared reverse, upgraded pinion and snorkel gears, a beefed-up retainer ring, and a tougher case. It installs easily with no modification needed.

Geared Reverse Is 3x Stronger than Stock
Let’s face it—you’re here because your reverse chain sucks. That’s why we’ve thrown out the reverse chain and replaced it with a geared reverse. It’s 3x stronger than stock, so you can slam on reverse anywhere you want without worrying about destroying your transmission.

Upgraded Pinion and Snorkel Gear are 2.5x Stronger than Stock
The reverse gear isn’t the only internal part we beefed up—we also made the pinion and snorkel gears the toughest you can get for a RZR 1000. They’re as big as the RZR Turbo’s pinion and snorkel gear and use a stronger 300M output shaft. Put the pedal down, knowing your transmission can keep up.

A Thicker, 6 mm Pinion Bearing Retainer
It doesn’t matter how tough your pinion and snorkel gears are if you don’t have a bearing retainer to hold them in place. That’s why we use a massive 6 mm-thick retainer with a 6-bolt pattern. It’ll keep your pinion and snorkel gear meshing perfectly no matter how hard you push it.

Upgraded Case
Our cast aluminum case holds everything together. That’s why we’ve made it stronger in all the right places. The whole case is tougher with extra cooling ribs and support gussets, but we paid special attention to the snorkel tube and the output—the biggest weak spots on stock are stronger than ever on this transmission.

When SuperATV receives an item from one of their customers, they inspect that item, verify there are no critical problems and that all pieces are included (essentially refurbish it), and then send it to us in a ready-to-ship packaged state. We then, in turn, receive these items and are authorized to re-distribute them at a discounted price.

What Condition Are These Items In?

We currently have to list many items like this as \"used.\" However, most of these \"Scratch \'N Dent\" items have never been installed or even actually “used” in any substantial manner. Rather, they were the wrong pieces for someone\'s machine, or they have very minor scratches in the paint, etc. For most people, there are no functional defects or cosmetic blemishes that would qualify as \"substantial.\"

Some items may be \"Shelf Pulls\" in like-new condition, while others may have been installed on a customer\'s rig, but not significantly used. On rare occasions (approx. 1 of every 1000 orders), some items may arrive showing signs of wear and damage to the point that they are faulty.

If you receive an item in severely damaged condition, please send us a message with a photo of the damage and the part number label on the outside of the box that the item came in. We work closely with our rep at SuperATV to provide replacement parts when necessary and able or returns with refunds when justified.

Also, please keep in mind that we sometimes have multiples of these items in stock and that the images on this listing serve as a representation of what kinds of \'scratches\' and \'dents\' are typical. Your mileage may vary.

Pictures

Some of these items have detailed pictures of the exact item included in their listing. However, with thousands of items (many of which are identical to existing ones), it is very difficult for us to open every single box to inspect all of the pieces and parts and verify the extent of the \"scratches and dents.\" But, historically, we have had very few problems and we stand behind what we are selling.

A Note About Windshields

SuperATV\'s windshields come with a layer of protective film on each side. Sometimes this film is very difficult to see, and often results in a cloudy or hazy appearance if it isn\'t removed.

Don\'t - we repeat, do not* - remove the film before completely installing it on your machine and making sure you\'re happy with your purchase, as we can *not accept returns on windshields that have had the film removed from them.

If we have supplied reference pictures of a particular windshield on this listing, please also be aware that the one you receive may arrive in slightly different condition than the one in the picture... but similar enough that you should get a good idea of what to expect.
