DESCRIPTION:Here we are offering Superb c1890 Etched Glass Decanter Berthold Muller Sterling Silver Cherub Frame, up for sale and your consideration. This is a super rare piece, fully marked on the bottom for Berthold Muller, a Silversmith out of London known for some superb designs, this piece features a very classy Etched decanter in a fine rarer Georgian shape, with some fine etching, In held inside of a fine Sterling Silver frame, with some superbly detailed cherubs and embossed designs. The company was in service from 1894-1911 and i believe this to be one of their earlier pieces, if you try to look them up, you will only see a few examples. They are very scarce and rare to find, i have seen a few sets, and a few frames come up, but very scarily. This is a fine piece, complete with the original bottle and frame, a rare find and one that i don\'t think you will come across again

CONDITION:In Very good condition for being over 130 years old. The Glass is in very fine condition with only some minor scratches and signs of age, the frame shows some ware, some dents and dings, and a few corners with some losses, but all in all still displays wonderfully and is in pretty good condition for it being so old. Please see out many photos are they are a part of our condition report!
MEASUREMENTS:Bottle measures approx. 10-1/2 inches tall to the top of the stopper, 8 inches tall without the stopper, and 5 inches wide overall.
