The J1000 rack system is a low profile system, lightweight, all aluminum design with a 3.25\" height clearance for the 2014-newer Transit Connect . This aerodynamically designed rack system fastens onto existing factory mounting points. The A285 crossbars are made of reinforced aluminum with channels for additional accessories. The unique shape of the crossbars minimizes wind noise. The mounting bases have a footprint of 2.75\" X 1.25\".

Packages will be shipped via UPS. Please allow 5-7 business days upon arrival to destination. Be aware that sometimes packages will not get to destination on time due to weather conditions or suburban locations. Please provide us with your telephone # in case there is a problem. Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping packaging with all labels, hardware, instructions. Used or installed items are not acceptable for return. All returns must be accompanied by a RGA # and a copy of the original receipt. The RGA # must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products with or without RGA # can not be returned after 30 days from date of delivery. To obtain a RGA # please call the number in the header and have your invoice number ready. Special order items cannot be returns. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned at shipper\'s expense. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking/return fee. If item was shipped during promo \"free shipping\" customer will be subject to a 25% restocking/return fee. Customer pays all shipping and handling charge going to and from destination. Once the item has been examined and the reason of return is verified, you will be issued a refund. Claims for Shipping Damages Product that are damaged during transport must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours after receiving delivery. A written statement of product condition and picture must be submitted through to start claim. Failure to do so will result in lose of time and claim.

Warrantee 5 year Limited warranty will only apply to those who submit their warranty info through e-mail. When e-mailing warranty information please provide us with the invoice number, name, address and date of purchase. We will then e-mail you a form to fill out. Covered on the warranty are as follow: Mounting bases and drip rail clamps. Cross bars, nuts, bolts, washers, anchors, and gaskets are not included in the warranty. Warranty does not cover bent, warped or normal wear and tear of product. All electrical products are covered by a 1 years warranty unless item is stated otherwise.
