Replacement springs may be adifferentlength than your original springs.This is due to new, improved metals, and wire sizes.
Simply identify your Torquemaster spring; TorqueMaster One or TorqueMaster Plus from the photographs then select your door height, weight and single or double spring to find the spring you need! The TorqueMaster One springs have a rounded winding end with splines, are generally metal ( not always), and were made generally before February 2007 (Not always). The TorqueMaster Plus have a hexagon end with groves, are generally plastic (not always), and were made generally after February 2007 (Not always). Your TorqueMaster tube (not included) contains a significant amount of factory information including the weight of the door. See the photos for an example of the factory label. If the label is not present the door will need to be weighed.
Your spring(s) come with the ends installed. Springs only, no other parts are included. The plastic sleeve is not included. Replacement springs may be slightly different than the original springs that came with the door. These are original Wayne Dalton factory springs, American made.
