Wheelock was one of the major companies that makes notification devices, the others being Gentex, Simplex and System Sensor. As of today, Wheelock is owned by the company Eaton. Formerly, they were owned by Cooper Industries. In the early 1970s, Wheelock introduced the 31 (AC-powered) and 34 (DC-powered) series of electromechanical horns. These 34-6 horns operate on approximately 6 VDC / .250 AMPS and are both rare as well as unique in their low VDC requirement to function. This listing is for one Wheelock 34-6 horn with your choice between two face-plates (center of horn plate open, center of horn plate closed). All units have been bench tested and functioned normally prior to packaging. Some units have slightly more wear or paint than others, but the horns with the worst wear are still in excellent condition with little cosmetic marring. Horns with less damage will be shipped on a first come, first serve basis. Specifications:
