Boat part number 1110678 is a new folding pontoon and dock ladder from Whitecap Marine Products, part number S-1865 .

This 4-step folding ladder is constructed out of aluminum with a black retaining strap. Rated for 400lb load limit and freshwater use. Measures approximately 16 7/8\" W x 51 1/4\" H x 32 1/8\" D when deployed and approximately 16 7/8\" W x 28 5/8\" H when stowed. Has (8) 1/4\" Dia. mounting holes.
