* BIG * 24\" HOURGLASS brass finish MCM/VTG For Sale

For your consideration, a VERY large(24\" tall) fully functional hourgass, as pictured, which I purchased new in the early 80s at a boutique in San Francisco\'s Ghirardelli Square. Composed of unidentified metal with a reflective brass finish, and...obviously...glass and white sand.
CONDITION- A few very light surface scratches and small areas of mild dullness to the brass finish which might improve with a good polish. One of the baseplates has a small edge warp(see photo). It was there when I bought it...a little manufacturing glitch, only scantly detectable. A great looking piece, overall, which functions properly, and is well display worthy. Sand runs through at roughly an hour and twenty-five minutes.
