​Condition Description Notes:

• ​Dust Jacket: Shows significant signs of age and wear. The front cover, in particular, has a substantial tear/loss of paper on the lower left edge. The entire jacket has areas of chipping, creasing, rubbing, and a few small punctures, as seen in the photos. The edges are frayed and worn. (Currently in a protective plastic cover).

• ​Hardcover (Cloth Binding): The light cloth covers have some surface dirt and a few minor spots of staining/discoloration, primarily visible on the front and back. The edges and corners of the boards are slightly bumped and worn.

• ​Spine: The spine text (\"Halprin, Cities, Reinhold\") is clear and legible. There is some minor wear to the top and bottom edges of the spine cloth.

• ​Interior Pages: The pages are in good condition, overall clean with no significant writing, marks, or foxing observed. The paper has some natural, even toning due to age. The binding feels secure.
