Thank you for considering me for your purchase. I have been a part of for over 20 years now. I am an avid buyer as well as a seller. As a buyer the factors that drive my decision to purchase is the seller’s response. I also look to their responses to customer complaints, if they are combative, I move on.
I as a buyer have been mistreated by a few vendors on . From the bad experiences, I decided early on , I would manage my customers with the utmost respect and offer WOW type of customer service.
I do to assure a pleasant buying experience by:
1.1. Taping all purchases securely and to date I have not had a complaint on damaged product.
2.2. All my sales either go out First Class or Priority, meaning you will get what you paid for within 3 days. Unless the order is so large that I must ship UPS ground.
3.3.I take responsibility for my mistakes immediately and will fix in your favor as quickly as possible.
4.4. If there is ever an issue you only need to send an email and you will get a prompt response from me. I do not like to leave customers hanging
5.5. My goal is to have you be happy with your overall purchasing experience soyou will return.
6.I guarantee everything I sell and do offer returns on every purchase.
Look at my response I have been getting from the people who purchase from me and make your decision. I might be a bit more expensive in cases, (not often), but the service experience is well with your piece of mind.
Again, thanks for looking!
