Beautiful antique Victorian wall mirror dating to approximately the 1880s, featuring an ornate faux tortoiseshell painted wood frame with decorative gold stenciling and an elegant patterned gilt inner liner.

CONDITION:
Good antique condition with beautiful original character and age-related patina.
The faux tortoiseshell finish retains its rich colors and attractive marbled appearance. The decorative gold stenciling remains visible throughout the frame.
There are minor surface scuffs, small dings, and occasional finish chips along the outer wood edges consistent with its considerable age.
The decorative gilt inner liner retains its detailed pattern and antique appearance.
The mirror glass is intact and highly reflective with no cracks. Minor age-related silvering wear or surface dust may be present.
The original solid wood backing remains securely fitted, and the old hanging wire is still attached.
