For anyone working in building preservation such as architects and builders these books would be a tremendous resource. I have had them for years but my restoration work was mainly on old farmhouses so I never really referred to these. Excellent illustrations and diagrams. Included in one volume is a note with doodles saying \"Goodbye Broadway Hello France\" and I had to wonder if they were headed off the war in 1917. The original owners name is penciled on the first page. One could research that name to see if they returned from France. The two books weigh 7lbs. 15.2 Oz.Buyer pays cost of Media Mail. International buyers welcome. I pack carefully and use recycled materials when possible.
