1968-S LINCOLN CENT ROLL
VINTAGE BANK OF AMERICA WRAPPER
50 BRONZE COPPER PENNIES
Offered here is one intact vintage Bank of America N.T. & S.A. paper-wrapped roll of 50 Lincoln cents.
This particular roll has not been opened or individually searched by the seller. It was acquired together with a larger group of approximately 25 matching vintage Bank of America rolls. Five companion rolls from the same group were opened for verification, and all five contained bright 1968-S Lincoln Memorial cents with generally similar uncirculated Red and Red-Brown appearance.
The unopened roll offered in this listing appears consistent with those companion rolls, including visible bright copper-colored end coins. However, because this roll remains intact, its complete contents cannot be inspected or guaranteed.

• Companion rolls opened from the same group contained 1968-S cents
• Date, mintmark, grade, color and varieties inside this particular roll are not guaranteed
• No guarantee of errors, doubled dies, repunched mintmarks or grading results
• Photographs show the actual roll you will receive unless the quantity option is selected
• Uncertified and sold as photographed
ABOUT THE 1968-S LINCOLN CENT
The 1968-S Lincoln Memorial cent was struck at the San Francisco Mint in the traditional bronze composition of approximately 95% copper and 5% zinc and tin. Each coin originally weighed approximately 3.11 grams.
Collectors pursue this issue for original Mint Red color, high-grade examples and recognized die varieties. Known 1968-S discoveries include repunched S mintmarks, minor doubled-die varieties, die cracks, die chips and other Mint-made striking anomalies. No particular error or variety is promised in this roll.
Representative coins removed from companion rolls appear Brilliant Uncirculated, generally in the approximate MS63-MS65 Red or Red-Brown range based only on visual inspection. Some coins may grade higher or lower, and professional grading results are never guaranteed.
WHY THIS ROLL IS APPEALING
Vintage bank-wrapped copper cent rolls are becoming increasingly difficult to encounter through ordinary bank channels. The historic end of circulating U.S. penny production has also brought renewed attention to original bronze Lincoln cents, vintage rolls and classic American coinage.
This roll offers several collecting possibilities:
• Preserve it intact as a vintage bank-wrapped roll
• Add it to a Lincoln cent or roll collection
• Search it for varieties and Mint errors
• Select attractive examples for albums or date-and-mint sets
• Evaluate exceptional coins for possible professional grading
• Give it as a unique birth-year, anniversary or historical gift
The photographs form an important part of the description. Please examine all images carefully and make your own determination regarding wrapper condition, coin color and potential grade.
The paper wrapper is more than half a century old and naturally shows age, folds, fibers, wrinkles and minor handling wear. Care will be taken to protect the intact roll during shipping.
You will receive the exact photographed roll unless this listing is offered with multiple quantities, in which case you will receive a comparable intact roll from the same group.
A genuine piece of vintage American banking and Lincoln cent history—ideal for the copper collector, roll collector, error hunter or 1968-S specialist.
