1970s Vintage Plastic Fun World Witch/Jack-O-Lantern on Wheels Rolling Toy.
Another collection piece in pretty much prestine condition!Produced in the late 60's-early 70's in Hong Kong. These were dime store toys that were hard plastic and when they were rolled, the jack-o-lantern in the middle would spin! 98% of the paint is still in tact and would be such a awesome piece to add to your collection. From my mother's, to YOURS!
