Please read the title details carefully. This bike was built in the early 1990s, when new Harleys were hard to get and the wait could be two years. The original customer didn’t want to wait, so his local Harley-Davidson dealer purchased a Paughco frame and built the bike using genuine Harley-Davidson parts for the rest of the build.
The result is essentially a mostly factory FXSTS. The Paughco frame is why it carries a special construction title. The mileage shown is accurate.
