The card represents the 1998-99 season, Miller\'s 10th NBA season with the Indiana Pacers. During that lockout-shortened 50-game season, Miller averaged 15.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game, helping Indiana reach the playoffs. The season also came just a few months after Miller and the Pacers pushed Jordan and the Chicago Bulls to seven games in the 1998 Eastern Conference Finals, making the Jordan/Miller matchup pictured on this card particularly memorable.
Miller went on to spend his entire 18-year NBA career with Indiana, finishing with 25,279 points, 2,560 three-pointers, 4,182 assists and a career 39.5% three-point percentage. He was a 5-time All-Star, 3-time All-NBA selection and member of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, inducted in 2012. Jordan, meanwhile, finished his career as a 14-time All-Star, 6-time NBA champion, 5-time MVP and 6-time Finals MVP and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2009.
