**READ** IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY NOTES: Per guidelines for Standard Envelope Shipping (ESE), your card will ship in a penny sleeve and card saver. The card saver will be taped inside the tri-folded packing slip and shipped in a #10 standard white envelope. ESE shipments are metered which means they go through USPS sorting machines with rollers. I have shipped hundreds of ESE items with very few issues.
Once I ship your item, we are both relying on the USPS to get the item to you safely. In almost all cases, your item will arrive with no issue. However, issues can and will continue to occur in a small number of shipments due to local handling issues by the carrier.
As a result, all of my shipments are fully insured for your purchase price in the event of loss, damage or theft prior to delivery.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged, please take pictures of the item documenting the damage along with the packaging material showing the delivery label. Go into your purchases, find the order, select more actions and then message seller. Send me the photos and I will immediately issue you a full refund.
LATE / LOST / UNDELIVERED ITEMS: If your item is not delivered by the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking for relevant updates and wait a few more days. Because these envelopes are sorted by automated machines and not scanned manually by mail carriers, tracking frequently stalls or falsely marks an item \"Delivered\" when it actually just reached the local post office. It often takes an additional 2 to 5 business days after tracking stalls for the envelope to actually land in the mailbox. If tracking stalls completely and it has been more than 10 days with no updates, please file an Item Not Received (INR) claim. You can find this on your order page, under More Actions and select \"I didn\'t receive it\".
If you are concerned about damage and want your card shipped in a bubble mailer for additional cost, please add the item to your cart and then select USPS ground advantage at checkout.
