Large antique 19th Century American weathervane. Painted metal Rooster, hollow. Large size stands 25\" tall, 45\" on the rod iron stand and 26\" across and 3\" wide. Good antique condition, Lots of white paint remaining, some separation on one side of the body. Estate item from a Virginia collector, she had purchased from a Virginia Antique Store (original tag included with her purchase price) in the 1990\'s, originally from a Maine Estate.
