A quick note before you order: since our stock is pulled from a shared warehouse, the exact unit you receive may look slightly different from the listing photo in small cosmetic ways, even though it's the same model. We're also limited in how much inventory we can show in a single listing, so if you're looking for a larger quantity or something specific, please reach out to us first — we're always happy to help.
Tested With Care Before It Ships
We check every unit ourselves before it goes out, because we want you to receive something that simply works. In the unlikely event an item arrives not functioning, our DOA warranty means we'll take care of it.
A Gentle Note on Customs & Import Tax
Our listed price covers the item only, not any customs duties or VAT that may apply in your country. If your order ships with UPS, FedEx, or DHL, the courier will contact you directly once the parcel reaches customs to arrange payment, if needed. We're not able to know this amount ahead of time, as it depends entirely on your local regulations.
A Few Things Worth Knowing1Customs duties, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility — this is simply out of our control. If you'd like us to declare a particular value on the customs form, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.2Since we also sell through a physical store, our online stock count may occasionally be a little out of date. Feel free to message us before ordering so we can confirm availability for you. If something you're looking for isn't listed, please ask anyway — we often have more than what's shown. Whichever unit is shipped, you can count on it being tested and working properly beforehand.3If your order is time-sensitive, just let us know and we'll happily arrange a quicker shipping option for you.4We carry both brand-new and pre-owned equipment. With pre-owned items, please expect some visible signs of use, such as light scratches — this is normal, and each unit's condition can vary slightly. We appreciate your understanding here.5Pre-owned items are shipped with a small warranty seal attached. We kindly ask that you leave it in place, as it's the only way we can confirm the item's condition for warranty or after-sales support. If it's removed, we unfortunately won't be able to offer warranty coverage on that item.6We inspect every item before it's packaged and shipped. If you're not happy with your purchase, you're welcome to return it unused within 14 days — we'll cover the return shipping, and issue a full refund once it arrives back with us. Beyond that, our standard return window extends to 30 days, with return shipping covered by the buyer. If anything is wrong with an item, a few photos or a short video will really help us sort things out quickly.7If you're happy with your experience, a positive review truly means a lot to us. And if anything isn't quite right, please reach out first — we'd much rather have the chance to fix it than leave you feeling unhappy.8The easiest way to reach us is through the "Contact Seller" link on any of our listings.
