Lot of 2 vintage bronze commemorative bars / ingots from The One Hundred Greatest Americans series, issued as a Bicentennial tribute by the Honor America Committee and produced by the Franklin Mint.
Included:
John James Audubon (1785–1851) – Issue No. 24
Features a portrait of the famous American naturalist and artist, with a detailed relief scene of Audubon sketching birds in nature.
Jefferson Davis (1808–1889) – Issue No. 34
Features a portrait of Jefferson Davis with a detailed historical relief scene.
Both pieces feature “The One Hundred Greatest Americans” and “Honor America” with the eagle emblem.
