For Sale two1960\'s ceramic wall-hanging plaques created by the renowned German painter and sculptor Helmut Friedrich Schaffenacker (1921–2010) at his studio in Ulm.Schaffenacker\'s work is celebrated for its abstract compositions and rich, textured surfaces, often using deep glazes and relief patterns characteristic of the period\'s expressive studio art. Both plaques are in sturdy condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Glaze remains vibrant, thick and glossy and features the rare, original gold foil paper script signature label intact in the bottom left corner. the reverse is fully stamped with the debossed studio hallmark: schaffenacker/ ulm/do / Made in Germany.Model number hand incised with the catalog mold sequence N11.
