These are specialized semiconductor automatic test equipment (ATE) interface/loadboards used to connect semiconductor devices under test to external test equipment.
The two boards are closely related in overall construction and test-interface architecture but are different models/configurations, making them an especially interesting pair for semiconductor history, vintage electronics, ATE equipment, industrial technology, or engineering collections.
Both boards show their original production/test configuration with extensive discrete components, wiring and specialized connector hardware.
Vintage used condition with age-related cosmetic wear, residue, previous modifications/hand wiring and other signs of industrial use as pictured.
Untested. No attempt has been made to electrically test either board. Sold together as-is exactly as pictured.
Please review all photos carefully for markings, configuration, components and condition.
