Installation or removal labor
Diagnostic charges
Programming, coding, calibration, initialization or relearn procedures
Transmission fluid or filters
External seals or gaskets
Mounts, coolers or cooler lines
Sensors, wiring, modules or external accessories unless specifically vehicles
Storage fees
Lost wages
Vehicle downtime
Damage caused by improper incorrect or insufficient transmission fluid
Overheating or lack of lubrication
Abuse, racing, modification, accidents or neglect
Damage caused by unresolved engine, electrical, cooling-system or driveline problems
Damage caused by failure to flush or replace the transmission cooler
Damage caused by failure to follow Toyota or manufacturer installation procedures
Incidental or consequential damages
Professional Installation RequiredWarranty coverage requires:
Installation by a licensed professional repair facility
Use of Toyota-approved or manufacturer-approved transmission fluid
Installation of the correct fluid type and quantity
Replacement of applicable filters, seals and one-time-use components
Transmission cooler replacement or professional flushing
Cleaning or replacement of all transmission cooler lines
Completion of all required programming and initialization procedures
Completion of adaptive reset and relearn procedures
Correction of any engine, electrical, cooling-system or driveline problems
Retention of all installation and service documentation
Failure to satisfy these requirements may void warranty coverage.
Warranty ClaimsAll warranty claims must be submitted directly to Sincere Gear LLC.
Claims must include:
Original purchase information
Complete vehicle VIN
Current vehicle mileage
Proof of professional installation
Complete repair-facility invoice
Documentation showing the transmission fluid used
Programming, initialization and relearn documentation
Diagnostic scan reports and trouble codes, when requested
Written diagnosis from the repair facility
Photographs or videos, when requested
The transmission must remain available for inspection before repairs or disassembly are performed.
Do not open, disassemble, modify or repair the transmission without written authorization from Sincere Gear LLC.
Unauthorized repairs or disassembly may void the warranty.
Shipping and Freight InspectionInspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
Before signing the delivery receipt:
Inspect the pallet and packaging
Check the transmission case and pan
Inspect electrical connectors and sensors
Look for cracks, impact damage, leaks or missing components
Note all visible damage on the delivery receipt
Photograph the shipment before removing it from the pallet
Concealed freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
All original packaging, wrapping, straps and pallet materials must be retained until the freight claim is resolved.
Failure to document damage or preserve packaging may prevent approval of a freight claim.

The core deposit will be refunded after:
The original transmission is returned
The correct UA80F transmission core is received
The core is complete and rebuildable
The transmission case is not cracked or broken
Major internal and external components are present
The unit has not suffered catastrophic damage
The transmission has not been disassembled without authorization
Core deductions or rejection may apply if:
The wrong transmission is returned
The case is cracked, broken or welded
Major components are missing
The core is incomplete
The transmission has severe fire, water or collision damage
The core cannot be economically rebuilt
The core is damaged due to improper return packaging
The buyer is responsible for core return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The core must be drained, sealed and securely fastened to a pallet before return shipment.
