6331 / 25Booths used the Silicon China trade name from around 1906 onward for an improved, thin and lightweight earthenware body. The pieces were used for tableware and catering applications. The dishes measure approximately 9¼ inches × 6¾ inches (23.5 × 17 cm) each.The kidney/crescent shape makes them suitable as individual serving dishes, side dishes, appetizer dishes, dessert dishes, relish/condiment dishes or decorative serving pieces.ConditionAll three have extensive age-related crazing throughout, consistent with their age. There is also some discoloration/staining and minor wear to the decoration and gilt.
