Guardsman Weather Defense Outdoor Metal Protector – 10 oz (284 g)
Keep your outdoor patio and metal furniture looking brand new with Guardsman Weather Defense. Formulated to withstand harsh weather elements, this aerosol spray creates an invisible protective shield that guards against rust, corrosion, fading, and moisture damage over time.
Key Features:
Rust & Corrosion Defense: Inhibits rust and moisture damage to extend the life of your outdoor metal furniture.
Invisible Shield: Seals metal surfaces with a clear finish that won't discolor or alter the appearance of your furniture.
Mold & Fungi Resistance: Formulated with a special preservative that resists mold, mildew, and fungi growth on the coating surface.
Weather & UV Protection: Protects finishes against fading and discoloration caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain.
Water Repellent: Effectively repels water to keep metal surfaces protected year-round.
Directions for Use:
1. Apply outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Make sure metal is clean and dry, and remove any existing corrosion prior to use.
2. Shake can well for 30 seconds. Protect nearby surfaces from overspray. Always test on a small, hidden area first.
3. Hold can 10–12 inches away from the metal. Spray using a slow, back-and-forth motion with overlapping passes to cover uniformly.
4. Light coats are more effective than one heavy coat. Allow to dry for about 1 hour.
5. Apply twice a year or after a thorough cleaning to maintain optimal protection.
