COMBINED SHIPPING
We DO combine shipping - we will automatically combine multiple orders shipping the same day into one package whenever possible. You will receive a REFUND of excess shipping charges AFTER we purchase the shipping label for your order based on excess charges you paid over our cost, you do not need to do anything, we typically refund excess shipping charges the same day your order is shipped.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Please check shipping options for the most cost effective method, or your preferred method of shipping when you check out (PO Boxes can only be sent via USPS). There are typically 2 to 4 different methods of shipping available to you on orders weighing over 1 pound or larger than 12x12 size (USPS, UPS & FedEx), depending on your location there can be significant cost differences available to you.
NOTE: This DOES NOT apply to International Orders - International orders are handled through the International Shipping program and we only ship to the US based freight forwarding provider who manages the international shipping logistics separately.
SHIPPING TIME
We ship orders Monday through Friday (Except Postal Holidays) - Handling time is 1 business day or less. Cutoff time for same-day (overnight) shipment of orders is 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Rush orders in before cutoff time typically ship the same day, all other orders ship the next business day.
CD (Disc) Grading Scale
Mint (M): Brand new, completely flawless, unplayed, and often sealed.
Near Mint (NM): Near perfect; may show very minor handling marks or a light fingerprint that wipes off, but zero scratches.
Very Good Plus (VG+): Shows light, careful use with a few minor surface scuffs or light hairline marks that do not affect playback.
Very Good (VG): Noticeable scuffs and a few lighter or slightly deeper cosmetic scratches, but still plays and rips without skipping.
Good (G) / Fair (F): Heavy wear with multiple scratches; plays through but looks heavily handled.
Poor (P): Severely damaged, cracked, or won\'t play proper
