Item Description: Up for sale is a 3D resin printed 1/25 scale 1972 Plymouth fury 4-Door body as shown, made using ABS-like UV cured liquid resin.As with most 3D printed large surfaces, this has a matte finish and a grainy/layered feel as shown so prep work is required for a great finish, but the effort is well worth it to have a body not easily found otherwise.The layered or ringing finish is predominantly seen on the top surfaces (hood, roof, deck) due to the printed layer thickness set to .05mm (.0019\") which provides the best print quality at an affordable price.
This body was printed to an overall length of 220.67mm, an overall width of 84mm and an overall height of 51.02mm, butplease verify these dimensions to be acceptable as-is and will work for your specific project PRIOR to purchasing.
3D printed resintypically cures to a hard form which makes it more brittle to work with.I have startedusing the ABS-like resin to combat this, however care andpatience should still be used when working with this material.Pleaseresearch and understand 3D UV cured resin products to know exactly what toexpect and the best ways to work with, prepare, assemble and paint it.
