Trucks equipped with factory subwoofer sony/b&o amplifier may need to relocate, or separate from factory mount. Easy installation can be achieved of this model, 1 upper right hand section screwed to double wall frame and the rest can be screwed to liner carpet to hold in place, or bolt with locking nut.
