What materials are being used in your products?
We use titanium grade v, titanium alloy, and stainless steel 316-L as a raw material to produce our products.
What logistics companies do you use for deliveries?
We ship directly from Pakistan using DHL Global and USPS as our service partners. We mainly use the premium class shipping service for deliveries so you can expect your items to be delivered within 6 - 8 days MAX (excluding handling time) for US and Europe.
I haven\'t received my item yet. What should I do?
If your item hasn\'t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us right away. In any case, you can check the delivered tracking ID to see status by yourself. As you are importing items internationally, sometimes deliveries can be a little late because of customs and other protocols.
How long will it take to receive my items?
It will take from 6-8 days excluding the handling time. Mexican deliveries tend to be late by nature of their country\'s strict protocols and security measures, so please always check your tracking ID for live status.
