VINTAGE TOY COFFEE POT
Adorable vintage toy red enamel percolator coffee pot measuring 4-3/4" tall and about 2-1/3"wide. Featuring a bracket metal and wood handle, short pouring spout, sieve and basket insert, it is complete with the glass percolator knob on top which can be removed for cleaning. Coffee pot has a streamlined ART DECO shape and probably dates 1930s-1940s.
Condition is very nice with minor play wear and enamel scuffing on the underside as shown - basket, insert and lid fit securely - interior has surface paint and minor rust from age and use - does not show or cut through. Guessing intended as a child's toy ~ just like Mom's ~ to teach a daughter household duties. Design is so modernistic and cool - fun addition to any display or collection!
