Shroud+Fans:

TheNew Design fan and the AA5052 fan shroudeffectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather thanthrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses thefan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other enginecomponents that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. Withexcellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of enginetemperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though willconsiderably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the idealworking conditions of the engine.

Thermostat Relay Kit

Universal fit for any automotive vehicle and electric fan. Activates by grounding electric fans at preset temperature. 180\'F turn-on temperature, 165\'F turn-off temperature. 3/8\" NPT thread-in brass probe included. Probe typically threads into radiator, water outlet or manifold.

OurRadiator is made of AA5052 aircraftaluminum. It is different from other sellers T-3303 Series. In fact, AA5052 seriesAluminum is much better than T-3303 series.

Morethan 90% of aftermarket manufacturers use the T-3303 series Aluminum, becauseit is cheaper and easier to get the material. However, T-3303 aluminum has manydisadvantages, such as poor polishing effect, softness, easiness to scratch andcorrode, poor heat dissipation effect. If the T-3303 aluminum radiator isoperated in high pressure and high temperature for a long time, the leakingproblem would occur very soon.

AA5052 Aluminum is an Al-Mgalloy with good corrosion resistance, excellent reliability and coldworkability and strength. The main alloying element of AA5052 is magnesium,which has good forming and processing properties. It is widely used in themanufacture of aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, and sheet metal parts oftransportation vehicles and ships, hardware products, and electrical-appliancecasings.
