The Super Blue Agave (commonly referred to as Agave americana ‘Super Blue’) is a striking cultivar of the Agave americana, also known as the Century Plant. Despite the name, it doesn’t actually take a century to bloom — usually 10–15 years depending on growing conditions — but its impressive size and lifespan make it a dramatic and iconic succulent. It flowers only once in its lifetime (monocarpic) and produces a towering flowers talk with yellow-green tubular flowers.
These Blue Agave pups are super easy to grow and need almost no maintenance. They love full sun, but will still do fine (just grow a little slower) in partial sunlight. Great for pots or right in the ground, they add that perfect desert vibe to any space.
Each pup is about 4–6 inches tall and comes with a nice root ball and starter roots—ready to plant as soon as they arrive!
