An Amazing Vintage 1950\'s 15\" Santa Claus Doll Red Velvet Suit White Boots For Sale

A 1950’s Santa Dressed in A Beautiful Red VelvetOutfit with the latest in footwear – White Plastic Boots. He Stands Tall,Outshining the other Santas of his day. I bought him from a consignment shopin Ambler PA in 1998. They had just got all the contents of a friend’s mother’shouse. This Guy had just been put on the shelf. The friend was still there andtold me about him. She remembered him as a child and then he disappeared. She foundhim Carefully packed away when she was helping her mother reduce the contentsof her childhood home.

I boughthim and did the same thing each year after he was displayed at Christmas. So,His Velver Suit is still clean and bright Red. His boots are white and shiny andthe white belt complete. His face is in good condition. His original beard is still fluffy. There is just a littlewear on the fur trim near his belt. A remarkable find. Only lived in twohouseholds in his 70 some years.

Some other listings say a name\' Howard Gale\' for this Santa, but I could not find one. Although he looks like he is a Howard Gale Santa, handmade in the USA.

Santa is About 15” High, if you fluff up hiscap.

In amazing Vintage Condition. Please look atthe pictures, they are part of the description.
