These are heirloom Anasazi beans, traditionally grown in the American Southwest and prized for their beautiful markings, reliable performance, and excellent flavor. As with all true heirloom Anasazi beans, natural variation in color and pattern is normal and expected.
Anasazi beans cook faster than many dry beans, hold their shape well, and have a mild, slightly sweet, earthy flavor. Excellent for soups, stews, chili, and baking.
