SEQUENTIAL EDITION OF 300
To create the unique edition of 300 Mao Xerox impressions numbered 1 through 300, Andy Warhol used a Mao drawing as the basis for the master impression template. Each Xerox progressively enlarges and elongates the image approximately 1% to 2%, resulting in lower numbers appearing more realistic and higher numbers more abstract.
