This appears to be a one-of-a-kind pencil drawing from the 19th century. There clearly appear to be pencil strokes, and this is not a print as far as I can tell (upon request, I can send more photos). The style of the drawing is very similar to that of Alfred Edward Chalon, R.A. (1780-1860), but since there is no signature on the drawing, it is unclear who the actual artist is. There is writing on the bottom that says "Oh! Fie!"
The drawing itself, not including the frame, measures 7 x 5 inches. As can be seen in the photos, there is a bit of wear from having been in the frame so long, but the paper itself and the pencil markings are still strong.
