Framed size is approx. 9\" x 7\". The image size is approx. 3 1/2\" x 2 5/8\". It is signed on the bottom right hand corner.It was framed by Swasey\'s, of Berkeley, California.
This art is from an estate and very old. There are visible signs of water damage and foxing along the matting and on the backing/cardboard. I do not see any visible damage to the actual image. The frame does have areas of aging and paint wear.
