Fair antique condition. Binding remains together but shows significant wear with fraying to the cloth cover, edge wear, staining, scuffs, and fading. Interior pages show age toning, foxing, pencil inscriptions, handwritten names, and light soiling. Corners are bumped and some pages show creasing.
