Antique Hand Carved Black Forest Mantel Game Clock, Germany - not running For Sale

Here is a 19th Century Hand Carved Black Forest Mantel Game Clock. The clock is Swiss made and not currently running, the carved case is likely made in Germany. The name on the bottom of the front is LUZERN.On a clock or watch face, "Luzern" (the German spelling of Lucerne) typically shows where the clock movement was made. This clock is 10 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" wide. The clock face is 2" in diameter and says at the base Made In Switzerland. In the last photo, you can see the clock mechanism....the clock winds but doesn't wind tight enough to keep it running. When I apply a littlepressure on the inside right wheel, it runs fine as long as I am putting it under some pressure. I think the main issue is the spring not winding as it should.
