Beautiful Antique Jefferson Glass \"Many Loops\" Blue Opalescent Ruffled Bowl
Up for sale or purchase is a gorgeous piece of turn-of-the-century American history: a pressed glass bowl manufactured by the Jefferson Glass Company, originally produced circa 1908 out of Steubenville, Ohio.
This piece features the iconic and intricate \"Many Loops\" pattern (historically designated as Factory Line No. 247).
It boasts a vibrant, translucent aqua/ice blue base that transitions into a beautifully striking, frosty white opalescence along the hand-crimped, ruffled rim and the raised geometric beadwork.
Because the ruffling was finished by hand by early 20th-century glass artisans, this bowl features unique, organic character lines.
Dimensions:Diameter: Approximately 8\" to 8.5\" across the widest points of the crimped rim.
