should fit up to 22" circumference. roughly 20-inch ties. fully lined in silk. in good shape considering hat is over 100 years old. silk chiffon ruching is flattened is some areas with one of the ties being slightly shorter than the other + frayed edge. crinoline straw has a small split at backside which does not affect wearability. priced accordingly.
